The Fen Drayton Community Charity started as a community café in December 2017. The café, run by volunteers, generated a small surplus which was distributed to local support groups. The café proved to be very popular with all ages and provided scope for development to take on a wider role of community support. In 2021, the Fen Drayton Community Charity was set up. The purpose of the charity is to provide for the public benefit, social and welfare support for people living in the parish of Fen Drayton by providing:
- events and services that benefit Fen Drayton residents and
- grants and donations to individuals or charities or other organisations working to help Fen Drayton residents
